Use Transparencies

Using transparencies with an overhead projector is an effective way to get your point across or use visual aids in a presentation, training course or meeting. Transparencies allow you to project an image onto a screen, then alter it as needed with erasable markers. Transparencies help you get your point across by posting a larger image so everyone in the room can view it.

Instructions

1. Use your transparencies for business applications. They're great for your next meeting; you can print on them just like paper and have interesting and graphic visual aids to keep everyone's attention. Charts, pitches and advertising ideas can be printed onto transparencies and projected in large scale on a wall.

2. Try using transparencies for your next big presentation. Whether at school or at work, you can print your presentation onto transparencies so that your audience can follow along. Motivational speakers can also use them in their presentations to reiterate points and philosophies.

3. Teach a class using transparencies. Because transparencies are washable, you can write on them with markers. They're great for showing key points that students should take notes on, or even showing mathematical equations step by step. And unlike a chalkboard, you can re-use your printed equations again and again.

4. Scrapbook with transparencies. Using transparencies is a hot way to embellish your pages; you can make custom overlays for your pages. Overlay a journaling block on top of a black and white photo for a whimsical effect. Use transparencies to make fun titles that go with any type of page.
