Radiography Schools In Texas

A radiographer, or radiologic technologist, assists physicians called radiologists who specialize in using radiation techniques including x-rays to diagnose and treat injuries. In Texas, you can apply for licensure once you have completed the requirements of ethics, education and exam, which are administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Texas has numerous accredited radiography schools around the state, in addition to the major state schools such as University of Texas, Texas Tech University, and A&M University.
