The University of California Riverside Extension Center (UCR) offers a certificate program in crime scene investigation which is comprised of 13 credit-hours of required coursework and four credit-hours of elective coursework. Required courses include crime scene management, autopsy, fingerprint techniques and impression evidence criminalistics, crime scene photography, and criminal law and procedure.
