Side Effects Of Binaural Harmonics

Binaural harmonics can have some unpleasant side effects.

Binaural harmonics, or binaural beats, is the use of sound frequencies to change the brain from its current mental state to one that is receptive to relaxation, mental stimulation and other effects. While the benefits of the binaural harmonics are explained, there are side effects that should also be noted.

Headaches

When beginning binaural harmonic treatment, there may be some headaches associated with both the transition of mental states and the sudden release of tension. Once the body becomes used to the sensations of binaural harmonics, the headaches will begin to dissipate entirely. If not, then stop using the binaural harmonics for a few days and then try again.

Visual Hallucinations

Binaural harmonics has been used on a spiritual level to have out of body experiences and to contact spirit guides. As the body transitions into a deeper more relaxed state, your subconscious mind is brought closer into your consciousness and increases the chances of having these waking visions/ hallucinations. These visions should dissipate after the binaural harmonics session.

Increased Psychic Activity

Binaural harmonics can be used to transition your brain into the theta state, which is what people experience in deep states of meditation. This is also the state that is experience during most instances of psychic activity such as precognition. As a side effect of using binaural harmonics for meditation, you may experience flashes of increased psychic activity in areas including intuition and empathy.
