Houston's Academy of Health Care Professions features comprehensive training in diagnostic medical ultrasound studies within their Sonography School. Students matriculated into AHCP program study ultrasound sciences and patient examination techniques, as well as gain clinical practice that help prepare students for careers in hospitals, private practices or in diagnostic imaging centers as ultrasound technicians.
