Get Hot over Fifty


You are fifty plus and feeling fat and frumpy. Read on for some step by step directions to help you feel hot over fifty!


Instructions


1. Believe. You have to believe that you can be hot. Learn to appreciate and enjoy yourself. Fake it till you believe. Act as if.

3. Pamper yourself. Treat yourself to lil' luxuries that make you feel great. Keep your skin looking beautiful by exfoliating and moisturizing. See my eHows on beautiful skin.


4. Don't compare. Do not compare yourself to younger men and women. Work with yourself to be your very best self. Don't try to dress younger. But do dress with zest and appeal. Package yourself in nice clothes that fit well and make you feel good.


5. Stay active and try new things. Join a group, get involved in the community, take up a new hobby or go back to school and learn a new skill.


6. Take some time each morning to make yourself beautiful or groom yourself. Put on lipstick and perfume if you are a woman. Use cologne if you are a man. Present your best self to the world!
