Be Beautiful Naturally And Simple

Be Beautiful Naturally and Simple

Many people think it's impossible to keep up natural beauty. They think that you *must* have some secret your not telling them. Well, really "the beauty secret" is to do the things you grandma told you when you were younger and sometimes pamper yourself, and that's it! Here are some easy, and common tips you probably have known forever, and have forgotten or never tried. Hope you enjoy! Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. To keep your body in shape you should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day, eat a healthy diet full of fiber and veggies, and exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Easy, and simple. Only treat yourself to "junk" food every once in awhile. The rest of the time, eat a normal HEALTHY diet. Full of lean meat, fiber, and veggies. Everything in moderation.

2. If you don't have the **perfect** skin, who cares? No one has perfect skin. There are many foolproof ways to make your skin clear and glow. I have written MANY facial mask recipes, that cost no money and can do at home which I have provided a link for in resources. HOWEVER, a very simple thing you can do for greasy skin is a clay mask. For large pores, simply mix water & dry oatmeal together in warm water. Apply to your face and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Always use a MILD face wash, with a clean PH balance. Also, for your reddening of your skin, you can simply splash cold water to your face to help lessen the redness.

3. As for the rest of your body. Always make sure to apply lotion when you get out of the shower. Chemicals in the water can actually dry your skin out. If you want a subtle glow or tan, use a self tanner lotion. Jergen's Natural Glow works wonders. You can choose a darker brand, if you would like. Always make sure to apply it right after a shower, seeing as how the hot water opens your pores and will make the tan last longer.

4. As for your hair. Always make sure to get it trimmed every 2-3 months. Try not to use too many heat based styling products, and remember to let your hair have a day off once in awhile. For damaged and dry hair, Olive Oil is a great solution. Leave some in your hair at night, rinse it out in the morning and not only will you have amazing shine, but it also helps damaged hair and prevents breakage.

5. Make up. I think the saying is true. "Less is More." You don't want to over do it. Especially, in everyday use. Go for a more subtle, "polished" look more than a "Vixen" look. Let your natural beauty shine through. If your going to play up your eyes, make sure to play down your lips. Too much can be over whelming and take away from your beauty. Vice versa for your lips. To remove make up easier, always use a "pH balanced" cleanser. As for eye make-up use Vaseline to remove. It slides right off.

6. Most if not all of these tips are common things we all were told growing up, we just never payed attention. I don't think there are really any "beauty secrets" out there. I think it's best to keep the simple, natural beauty of yourself! Hope you enjoyed!!
