Push-ups help firm your breasts.
There are many reasons why gravity takes a toll on your breasts. The natural aging process, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations and exercising without proper breast support all contribute to loss of firmness of your breasts. Unlike muscle tissue, breast tissue cannot be increased or defined because your breasts are made from fat. The closest muscles to your breasts are the pectoral muscles. Strengthening your pectoral muscles will help firm and tone you breasts. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Engage in breast-firming exercises such as modified pushups. Pushups target the pectoral muscles underneath the breasts. By creating a solid foundation, your breasts will appear toned and firmer. Start on all fours and lower your hips toward the floor to form a straight line from your knees to your upper body. Place your hands, wider than shoulder-width, on the floor. Contract your abdomen and keep your back straight. Bend your arms, approximately 90 degrees, to lower your body to the floor. Avoid touching the floor and push yourself up to the starting position. Perform pushups with straight legs, on the balls of your feet as you get stronger.
2. Perform ten palm presses to tone your breasts and keep them from sagging. Place your palms on top of each other in front of your chest. Point your fingers upward. Push your palms together for five seconds and release the tension.
3. Massage your breasts two to three times per week. Place olive oil onto your breasts and massage them with your hands, using kneading and circular motions. Massaging your breasts firms the skin and improve its texture.
4. Undergo breast lift surgery. During breast lift surgery, excess skin is removed and the breast tissue is tightened. Your breasts will be firmer and lifted.
5. Take a shower. Point the shower head toward your breasts and spray cool to cold water onto them. Turn off the cold water and switch to warm water. Switch back and forth between water temperatures to promote circulation in the breasts and promotes firmness.
