Radiologic techs are also known as radiographers, x-ray techs, rad techs and radiologic assistants. They can advance to specialization in computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound), radiation therapy and nuclear medicine.
