A variety of blood and bodily fluid tests are performed at Quest Labs.
Making an appointment at Quest Labs can take under five minutes depending on your internet connection speed. Quest Labs performs a variety of medical tests from semen analysis and blood analysis to drug testing for employment purposes. Due to there very busy schedule they require patients to sett an appointment ahead of time and almost never take walk-ins. For people who have a busy work schedule Monday through Friday, there is an option to find labs that are open on Saturdays to schedule an appointment specifically for the weekend.
Instructions
1. Go to http://www.questdiagnostics.com. On the right-hand side of the page below the "Lab and Healthcare Services" heading, click "Make an Appointment".
2. Click the "Proceed without Registering" button if you are not a registered member of Quest Diagnostics. If you are, login at this page and click "login".
3. Enter your search terms to find the Quest Lab that is closest to you. You must then select the reason for your visit. After all of the information has been entered, click the "Search" button.
4. Select the Quest Lab that you wish to make the appointment at from the list that is generated from your search criteria by clicking the "Make Appt" button on the right-hand side of the screen. Make sure to click the button that corresponds with the location that you want.
5. Enter your personal information that is required on the Make Appointment page. You must fill out all of the information that has a red asterisk next to it. After all of the information has been inputted, click the "Submit and find appointment" button.
6. Select the date that you want the appointment by inputting the day and month of your desired visit. You can also select the find first available starting today option. After making your choice, click "Next".
7. Select one of the open time slots that you want your appointment in. After clicking the desired time slot, you will be taken to a screen to verify all of your information that you have entered up to this point. If everything is correct, click "Make Appointment" and your appointment will be set.
