Earn Free Movie Passes

Earn Free Movie Passes

Is the high cost of movies keeping you from enjoying a good film? Here are some helpful ideas of how you can earn free movie passes to keep yourself and the kids entertained and happy without draining your wallet. All this while you keep afloat with the latest movie hits. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Get enrolled in a rewards program. This can be from the two major soft drink producers, credit cards or other frequent buyer rewards program. You will accumulate points and will be able to choose movie passes to your local theater as a prize.

2. Got some spare time on your hands? Want some extra money? Consider working at a movie theater box office in your neighborhood a few days or evenings a week. You will earn free movie passes just by being an employee. Not to mention you will meet other movie fans and will keep up on the latest films all at the same time.

3. Check newspaper advertisements for movie passes by making certain purchases through area drug and discount retail stores. Many major retail chains make these offers towards the spring and summer. The products will vary and are generally made by one manufacturer. Be sure you have the proper UPCs, receipts size, rebate forms and items otherwise your request for movie tickets will not be valid. If you want multiple tickets, check the limits on the offer. Many times you are limited to a certain amount per month. Most often, the passes will be sent to you in the form of "Movie Cash" or "Hollywood Movie Money."

4. Enter trivia contests and drawings at your area radio and television stations. These are often run during the morning shows with popular DJs. Take a listen for more details and contest rules.

5. Look on the back of candy, soda and snack products. A few times throughout the year you can save a certain amount of UPCs for a free movie ticket. Make sure you have the proper size and save your receipts and a rebate form. Do not buy the products if they will exceed the cost of the movie ticket or you do not want or need those items.

6. Check the backs of cereal boxes, especially kids cereals during the summer months. There are cardboard cutout tickets for children's movies on them or a rebate form to send in for a child's movie pass.

7. Fill out surveys while you are at a movie theater. There are boxes located in many lobbies. You can often win movie tickets just by giving your opinion.
