Frontier Communications uses a virtual private network, or VPN, with the help of an Internet connection to provide you secure access to your company's network. This allows you to connect to your company's network from virtually anywhere in the world. You may access your voice mails and text messages using this technology. There are two key ways to connect to Frontier Communications. You may use a remote telephone handset or choose its online Web portal if you have access to the Internet.
Instructions
1. Dial your Frontier telephone number on a telephone handset.
2. Push the star button (*) when you hear your voice-mail greeting. When you push the star button, your voice-mail greeting will be interrupted.
3. Type your voice-mail password when prompted. This was given to you when you set up your Frontier Communications VPN line.
4. Push "1" to access your Frontier account, and listen to the messages.
5. Log in to "Frontier Communications" secure Web portal (see Resources) if you do not have a working phone. Type your Frontier phone number and password to sign in. You can access your account and listen to voice mails online.
