Build A Pvc Room Divider

PVC pipe room dividers are a simple way to create a stylish divider that is easily disassembled when not in use. Decorate your room divider in any way needed to fit the decor of the room, or use it as a background for special occasions. Read on to learn build a PVC room divider.


Instructions


1. Make a square on the floor with the 6-foot long pipes.


2. Connect the top and the sides together with the elbow connectors. Connect the bottom and the sides with the four-way connector.


3. Place the 1 foot pipes into the open slots of the three-way connector. Place the end covers on the end of the pipes.


4. Measure and cut 6 1/4 feet of fabric.


5. Stretch the fabric over the frame. Pin it around the top to hold it. Fold the fabric under the bottom of the PVC pipe room divider. Mark the fabric on the top and the bottom where it wraps around. Use two sections of fabric to cover the divider completely.


6. Fold the fabric at the marks. Sew a seam on all but the bottom of the fabric.


7. Slide the fabric onto the divider.


Tips Warnings


Make more than one section to fit larger spaces and longer pipes. To connect the sections for larger rooms use a T connector on the top and a five-way connector on the bottom.


Change the fabric on the divider for different occasions. Take the frame apart for storage.
